Car Air Conditioning

Car Air Conditioning

 When a gas is compressed, this gas heats up due to the fact that much more energy is given by the compressor. It passes through any expansion chamber, if it is allowed to reach a larger place, the temperature of this gas drops even lower, and air conditioning systems use it. It is not only used in vehicles, it also works in the same way in appliances such as refrigerators or air conditioners.

Basic Elements of Air Conditioning

The parts that make up this system;

-Compressor

-Condenser

-One filter

-Evaporator

-A fan that will transmit cold air inside.

 The air conditioning compressor compresses and heats the air conditioning gas inside. It then transmits to the condenser. The condenser allows the hot and compressed air to be cooled together with the fans. When it reaches a lower temperature and is under high pressure, this gas liquefies and is transmitted to the filter. If there are water particles or different particles in the liquid in this filter, it cleans them and sends them to the expansion valve. It passes through the house, covers a much larger volume and is converted into a gaseous state. Then, because the pressure drops, it is stored in the radiator when it comes to the cold gas state.

 Together with the fan, the air taken from the outside passes through the cold gas radiator inside and sends it directly to the Deckhouse. Thus, a cooling air is created and the interior of the vehicle is cooled. The compressor makes it consume more fuel. The compressors are connected directly to the crank together via the belt. Therefore, the operation of the compressor also takes place with more energy. We can also say that it gets power from the engine. To correct the lost power, the gas is loaded more, fuel consumption is increased. This means that the higher the engine speed, the better the air conditioning cools.
